Participation will be subject to the evaluation of each vehicle by the organizing committee.
In case of participant withdrawal, only 50% of the registration fees paid will be refunded.
In case of non-admission of the participant, 100% of the paid registration fees will be refunded.
The organization of "Arte Sobre Ruedas" contest reserves the right to accept vehicles only if they meet all the established conditions. This measure ensures the integrity and success of the event.

TYPES OF CONTEST REGISTRATION

FULL CONTEST (INDIVIDUAL)
"FULL EVENT" includes: Registration of a car or motorcycle in the International Elegance Contest (Welcome pack and dinner at Sociedad Bilbaina for one person) + access to the CICA (International Congress of Automotive Clubs) + registration for the Rallye Villa de Bilbao (participation in the rally and lunch at the San Mamés stadium for one person).
FULL CONTEST (FOR 2 PEOPLE)
"FULL EVENT" includes: Registration of a car or motorcycle in the International Elegance Contest (Welcome pack and dinner at Sociedad Bilbaina for two people) + access to the CICA (International Congress of Automotive Clubs) + registration for the Rallye Villa de Bilbao (participation in the rally and lunch at the San Mamés stadium for two people).
INTERNATIONAL ELEGANCE CONTEST "FOR PARTICIPATING VEHICLES" (INDIVIDUAL)
